By applying to and attending a Design CEO Club retreat you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The retreat is invitation-only. Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Seats are confirmed only after our team has reviewed your application and your payment has been received in full.
The full retreat fee is due to confirm your seat. All fees are strictly non-refundable. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This is a private, high-trust cohort. You agree to be respectful of other guests, the host team, crew, villa staff and neighbours. Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity or repeated disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund. The organisers' decision in such matters is final.
You are responsible for your own health, fitness and safety. Activities may include water sports, cruise / boat rides, beach walks, yoga and travel between venues. You participate at your own risk. You must disclose any medical condition, allergy or dietary requirement in advance so we can plan accordingly. Design CEO Club, its organisers, partners and crew are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to belongings arising during travel to, from or during the retreat.
The retreat is filmed and photographed. By attending, you grant Design CEO Club a worldwide, royalty-free right to use photos, videos, reels and audio taken during the retreat for marketing, social media and community content. If you would like a specific piece of content not to be used publicly, tell the host team on-site and we will do our best to accommodate.
Full inclusions and exclusions are listed on our home page. Flights, travel to the villa, the optional cruise / boat party night, outside dinners, personal expenses and any activity you arrange individually are not part of the retreat fee.
We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, sessions, mentors, venues or activities where required to protect the quality and safety of the retreat. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
Design CEO Club is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, government action, epidemics, strikes or travel disruption.
Workshop material, recordings, frameworks and tools shared during the retreat are for your personal use only. You may not resell, publicly redistribute or teach them commercially without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
