All fees are strictly non-refundable. Please apply only if you are fully committed.
The moment we receive your payment, we immediately allocate it to book the villa, brief the crew, arrange chefs, transport, welcome kits and lock down every part of the retreat experience. None of that spend is recoverable once committed. Because we operate a tiny cohort of 16 seats in a single private villa, one missing guest cannot be replaced last minute.
For this reason, once your payment is received your seat is confirmed and the fee becomes non-refundable in full.
If within 3 calendar days of confirming your seat you feel this experience is genuinely not for you, you may write to us at scalexsandeep@gmail.com and request a review.
Any goodwill refund during this window is entirely at the sole discretion of the organisers / host team. It is not a right, it is not guaranteed, and it will be decided case by case based on how much of your allocated spend has already been committed.
After the 3-day goodwill window, or in any of the following situations, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued:
In the highly unlikely event that Design CEO Club has to cancel the retreat entirely, you will receive a full refund of every amount you have paid. No future-edition credit is forced on you — the money comes back to you in full.
Seats are personal and strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or transfer your seat to a third party under any circumstance.
If you plan to bring an extra person (partner, friend, team member) with you, you must inform us in advance so we can upgrade your booking accordingly. Every additional guest is charged separately at the applicable seat fee — extra guests are never included in your existing payment.
Flights, travel to and from the villa, the optional cruise / boat party night, outside or beach-side dinners, personal expenses (spa, shopping, extra drinks), private room upgrade and any activity organised individually outside the retreat schedule are not part of the retreat fee.
