Design CEO Club ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply for or attend the Design CEO Club Goa retreat, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Application form data: full name, studio details, team size, revenue band, goals and preferences.
• Contact information: email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
• Payment reference details shared by our payment partners (we do not store card numbers).
• Photos, videos and audio recorded during the retreat (see Content Release in our Terms).

2. How we use it

• To review applications and decide who to invite to the retreat.
• To contact you about your application, payment, itinerary and logistics.
• To operate the retreat: room allocation, dietary preferences, transport, workshops.
• To share cohort-relevant updates, future retreats and community events.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with our villa partner, transport partner, payment gateway and production crew to run the retreat. We may also share anonymised or aggregate information for marketing.

4. Retention

We keep application and attendee data as long as you may be part of our community, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at scalexsandeep@gmail.com.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use the page. No personal profile is built without your consent.

7. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
